Mr. Roeun Sao, Chairman. Mr. Roeun Sao was an ex-General Manager of a former MFI, namely, CBIRD Co, Ltd. since 2010-2014, Ex-Deputy General Manager of CBIRD Co,Ltd from 2007-2010, and was an Ex-Branch Manager of ACLEDA Bank plc. almost one decade.
He obtained Bachelor degree in Public Administration at IPA Khmer-Thai Border, and attended several long and short courses of training in management of microfinance institution in the country and abroad. He has many experiences in Microfinance industry. Mr. Roeun Sao retired from his position in 2014. |

Mr. Chanty Ly, Deputy Chairman. Chanty is one of the Founder of BORVOR FINANCE PLC., which was previously known as Small Economic Activity Development (SEAD) project of CARE Cambodia, and later known as Cambodia Cambodian Community Savings Federation (CCSF). Chanty has joined the company since 1999, and held several positions. He initially was a Member Service Officer/Trainer from 1999-2006. He was promoted as a Business Center Team Leader from 2007-2016, and Chief Technical Team in 2017. Chanty obtained Bachelor degree in Management from Institute of Management and Economy (IME) in 2003, and Master degree in Public Administration from Build Bright University (BBU) in Battambang province in 2014. Chanty has attended several short courses of training in Credit union Management in the country and abroad. |

Mr. Mary Prum, BoD Member. Mr. Mary was a Business Advisor of KREDIT, one of the famous MFI in Cambodia from 2014-2017, was an Ex-Chairman of a former MFI, namely, CBIRD Co, Ltd. since 2010-2014, and an Ex-General Manager of CBIRD Co, Ltd. from 2007-2010. Mr. Mary was a first year student of University of Law in 1971. He attended several long and short courses of training in management of microfinance institution in the country and abroad.
He has many experiences in microfinance industry. Mr. Mary retired from the position of Business Advisor of KREDIT MFI in 2017. |

Mr. Sovann Sous, BoD Member. Mr. Sovann is working for Plan International Cambodia (an international NGO) as the Household Economic Security Specialist based in Phnom Penh. He is partly in charge of providing technical supports to the organizations to improve access to affordable microfinance services to the target beneficiaries in their target provinces (Siem Reap, Tbong Khmum, and Ratanak Kiri). From 2003-2006, he was Operation Director of Vision Fund Cambodia (a licensed MFI) operating in 8 provinces. Mr. Sovann obtained master degree of Business Administration in General Management from Century University, USA, 2001-2003 through distance Learning Program. |

Mr. Raksa Pheng, BoD Member. Mr. Raksa is Manager of a business consulting firm from 2017 till present, serving support services to newly established companies in various fields. Mr. Raksa has possessed various professional experiences in microfinance business management in financial sector mainly microfinance from the grass root level as Loan Officer to Chief Executive Officer. He was a Chief Executive Officer of Chamroeun MFI from 2015-2017, a Chief Operation Officer of Chamroeun MFI from 2011-2015, Business Development Manager of Vision Fund Cambodia from 2008-2011, Marketing Manager of Theanakea Phum, which currently known as LOLC MFI.
He obtained master degree of Business Administration majoring in General Management at National University of Management , Phnom Penh Munipality |
