Mr. Thon Meas, Chief Executive Officer, one of the founders of BORVOR FINANCE PLC., which was previously known as Small Economic Activity Development (SEAD) project of CARE Cambodia, and later known as Cambodia Cambodian Community Savings Federation (CCSF). Thon obtained bachelor degree in human resource management in 2003 at University of Management and Economics (UME) in Battambang province. Thon has joined the organization since 1998, and held several positions, particularly, he was a Member Service Officer/Trainer from 1998-2002, was promoted as a Chief Operation Officer 2003-2017. Thon has attended several short courses of training in Credit Union Management in the country and abroad. Thon experiences in facilitating training on Credit Union Management, and also was a trainer of trainers in Community Development of a local NGO namely Samakythor 1996-1997. |

Mrs. Chanda Chea, Chief Operation Officer. Chanda is one of the founders of BORVOR FINANCE PLC. She has joined the company since 1999, and held several positions in the organization. She initially was a Member Service Officer/Trainer from 1999-2002, promoted as a Branch Manager from 2007-2016, and Operation Department Manager in 2017. Chanda obtained BBA in Management at Institute of Management and Economy (IME) in 2003, and Master degree in Public Administration at Build Bright University (BBU) in Battambang province in 2014. Chanda has attended several short courses of training in Credit Union Management in the country and abroad. |

Mrs. Ny Nget, Chief Finance & Admin. Ny has joined BORVOR FINANCE PLC. since 2004 as Chief Finance and Admin. Ny obtained BBA in management from National Institute of Management (NIM) in Battambang province in 2001and Master degree major in finance and banking from Build Bright University (BBU) in Battambang province in 2013. She has attended short courses of training in finance field, particularly, budget planning, taxation, international financial reporting standard, and financial modeling for cooperate budget. Ny has also attended short course of training in community development. |

Mr. Chanty Ly, Chief Human Resource & Marketing. Chanty has joined the company since 1999, and held several positions. He initially was a Member Service Officer/Trainer from 1999-2006. He was promoted as a Business Center Team Leader from 2007-2016, and Chief Technical Team in 2017. Chanty obtained Bachelor degree in Management from Institute of Management and Economy (IME) in 2003, and Master degree in Public Administration from Build Bright University (BBU) in Battambang province in 2014. Chanty has attended several short courses of training in Credit union Management in the country and abroad. |

Mr. Bengkun Kaing, Chief IT. Bengkun has joined BORVOR FINANCE PLC. in 2017. He has graduated Bachelor degree in Information Technology at Norton University in 2003, and completed several courses of training in IT and computer services. Bengkun played an important role as an IT consultant and web programing employed by Small and Medium Enterprise Cambodia (SME) since 2003-2017 to provide IT maintenance services to CCSF, which now is known as BORVOR FINANCE PLC. Kun has huge experiences in IT, web programing, CBS(core banking system), CBC(Credit Bureau Cambodia). |
