Mr. Phally Veurn, Branch Manager. Phally has joined BORVOR FINANCE PLC., which was previously known as Small Economic Activity Development (SEAD) project of CARE Cambodia, and later known as Cambodian Community Savings Federation (CCSF), since 2005 till present. He has held several positions in the organization, particularly, Branch Manager since 2013 till present, Business Center Team Leader since 2006-2013, and Member Service Officer/Trainer in 2005. In 2004 Phally was employed by Vision Fund Cambodia as a credit officer. He obtained Bachelor degree of Business administration majoring in General Management in 2003 at National Institute of Management (NIM) in Battambang province. |

Mr. Nady Thap, Branch Manager. Nady has joined BORVOR FINANCE PLC., which was previously known as Small Economic Activity Development (SEAD) project of CARE Cambodia, and later known as Cambodia Cambodian Community Savings Federation (CCSF), since 2007 till present. He has held several positions in the organization, particularly, Branch Manager since 2016 till present, Deputy Branch Manager since 2011-2016, and Member Service Officer/Trainer 2007-2011. Nady has graduated Bachelor degree in Business Administration major in Accounting in 2008 at Institute of Cambodia. Nady has attended several short courses of training in Credit Union Management in the country and abroad. Nady was a volunteer of local NGO in community development. |

Mr. Sovan Siev , Bavel Branch Manager. Sovan has joined BORVOR FINANCE PLC., which was previously known as Small Economic Activity Development (SEAD) project of CARE Cambodia, and later known as Cambodia Cambodian Community Savings Federation (CCSF), since 2007 till present. Sovan has held several positions in the organization, Business Center Team Leader, and Member Service Officer/Trainer. He obtained Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management in 2007 at University of Management and Economics (UME) in Battambang province. |
